Terms of Service - Tournamently

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tournamently ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Tournamently is a tournament management platform that enables organizers to create and manage sports tournaments, including bracket generation, match scheduling, score recording, and public tournament sharing.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an organizer account

4. Pricing and Payment

The Service charges a platform fee of ₱20 per participant with a minimum of ₱299 per tournament. Tournament setup and planning tools are free to use. Payment is required before running the tournament. All fees are non-refundable once the tournament has started.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Upload false, misleading, or offensive content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Leominds Group. Your tournament data remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your tournament data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tournamently is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
